STAGERS can fill a vacant home with beautiful furnishings or assist a seller in accessorizing, furniture placement, and editing, working with existing furnishings with is called an “enhancement.” STAGERS has a warehouse approaching 8,000 square feet filled with a wonderful selection of beautiful furniture and accessories that will enhance any style of home.

What is a Stager ?

Stagers are called to transform houses that are for sale into beautiful homes that sell. Staging increases the saleability and marketability of a property by enhancing and emphasizing the positive features that will add value for a potential buyer. Traffic patterns, room function, furniture placement and lighting are examples of some of the issues that the skilled interior design team at STAGERS will address. A potential buyer will spend more time in a home and feel more comfortable when a property is beautifully staged and presented.

Our Qualifications

Chris Cooper has been a resident of the San Francisco peninsula all of her life and has been active in local schools, charitable organizations, and community involved activities. She completed her schooling and training in interior design and architecture from San Jose State University and California Polytechnic San Luis Obispo.

Chris became a local real estate agent beginning in 1986. This experience allows her to understand real estate transactions, real estate language, and how to work well with real estate agents. After working with buyers as an agent, Chris has an intrinsic understanding of what features a potential buyer would be looking for, what psychological factors go into that decision, and what amenities a buyer would remember.

Chris has staged over 1000 homes on the San Francisco peninsula since 1996. She continues to invest in quality furnishings that work to enhance or transform any home into a masterpiece.
